Well that was glorious, am I right? We just spent 5 of the most incredible days popping up at Bandier for New York Fashion Week with the most fabulous, kind, vibrationally intelligent, yoga-sartorially competent people we have ever met. We had incredible juices by The Butchers Daughter, herbal remedies in an apothecary by Sun Potion, nose-delights from Lake&Skye, natural beauty from Benshen, incredible clothes provided by ALO and Reebok, a gorgeous space designed by Meridith Baer Home, the space in their upstairs studio provided by Bandier. CAEDEN let us hear their beats in their gorgeous headphones and measure our zen... Get the full story

This fashion week SERENE partnered with BANDIER in their gorgeous 2,000 square foot space designed by Meridith Baer Home. We began with an invigorating yoga class led by SERENE’s very own Jordan Daly set to Chelsea Leyland’s live mix. After class we enjoyed an apothecary and tonic bar by Sun Potion, juice on tap from Butcher’s Daughter, one-on-one sessions with NYC’s leading holistic practitioners, gifts from ALO Yoga, and an all-day meditation zone in partnership with CAEDEN. The space was thoughtfully conceived and created by the executive team at SERENE: Millana Snow, a model, actress and reiki healer; Tegan Bukowski,... Get the full story

Me ygeia is a Greek word that means “with health” in English. Megia is the marriage of the name Meghan and Sophia and represents the spirit in which they do things. It’s a fun hashtag used by two women who’ve discovered they have a lot in common, and it has a nice ring to it. It’s with health in mind that Meghan Kay and Sophia Peppas do most things. As the Senior Global Communications Manager of Christian Louboutin and a holistic health coach Meghan makes sure that she feeds her physical and spiritual body well. She met Sophia two years... This might sound like a shameless plug for SERENE considering I’m the lead for the New York Office, but I love SERENE Social. Do you ever see or observe a group of people and long to be a part of them? Not for any of the benefits you might receive from being connected to them, but just because they have each other, because you want to belong. I might have always felt that way, I might still feel that way at times as well, but never with SERENE. There’s no “you can’t sit with us” vibe or exclusivity about us.... Get the full story

We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful September morning to end London Fashion week and our rooftop yoga season on a high. With unseasonably warm weather (even if there were some lingering puddles, we are ok with it because London just wanted to remind us exactly where we were, and we love you London), we kitted up and blissed out on the sunny rooftop of the Hotel Megaro at Kings Cross . We co-hosted the event with ClassPass, and our London Lead Tegan led a  Vinyasa flow class focused on opening the heart.  At 8:20, during the class, we celebrated the Autumnal... Get the full story

On Thursday September 10, 2015 SERENE Social opened the doors of the SERENExNYFW Wellness Lounge at the Ivy Brown Gallery for the fashion, retail, beauty and wellness world who spend a whole week (sometimes a month abroad) going to shows, press previews and fashion parties back to back without any rest and with a black coffee in hand. SERENE’s intention: a lounge to offer fashion-weekers a respite from their workload, including charging stations by Lululemon, juices from Suja, snacks from Enlightened, acupuncture by Roberta Mittman, non-toxic manicures by Sunday, men’s haircuts from Reuben Clark, and Reiki from Valerie Oula, Gwen...
